User Privacy
If you want to change or request personal information other than what is available under your User Profile, please get in touch with us at support@visionup.me. You can delete your profile in the app's Settings section if you no longer want to use the Service. You can request that we delete your profile-related information by sending a request to support@visionup.me. We will delete all information related to your user profile (username, password, and authentication methods associated with the profile) within 72 hours of receiving the deletion request. When we delete any information, it will be removed from the active database but may remain in our archives. We may also retain your information for fraud prevention or similar purposes. Just so you know, the Service, or parts of it, may become inaccessible or unavailable when your personal information is changed or deleted. You may stop the collection of information by uninstalling the apps from your mobile device via standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or the mobile application marketplace or network. We are not responsible for circumventing privacy settings or security measures in the app or third-party websites.
